Position Objective Implement marketing programs of the property, including: successful leasing of apartments, qualifying potential residents, and creation of all rental agreements. Record all traffic, rental results, & resident activity. Provide professional service at all times, including assisting residents with service requests Education High school diploma required. College degree preferred. Skills LEASING EXPERIENCE PREFERRED, sales experience required Strong communication skills, knowledge of business correspondence Basic computer skills, including working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel. Yardi preferred Additional Details Direct sales and marketing experience, 2 yrs. related or 1yr. industry experience (preferred).
