Decron Properties has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Leasing Consultant. We are seeking a Leasing Consultant for a property located in Valencia, CA. Responsibilities include but are not limited to leasing apartments, completing rental agreements, accepting deposits, answering phones, showing vacancies, record keeping, and administration.
Qualifications
Ideal candidate will possess minimum 1 year current experience as a leasing agent or in residential property management. Must have a positive energetic attitude, excellent communication and computer skills. Knowledge of Yardi, a plus. Must be available to work weekends.
