Maintenance Supervisor

An established management company is seeking an experienced and customer-service focused individual to serve as a Service Supervisor in the Lewisville area for a 100+ unit apartment community. The Service Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community at all times. This involves ensuring a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors and staff. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a multifamily supervisory position. We are looking for someone who is reliable, high-energy, organized and has a strong ability to multi-task to get the job done. The right candidate will have the following qualifications: Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification and Pool Certification. Experience in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, pool opening and closing, plumbing, painting, and appliance installation and repair Scheduling turn key units for new occupancy Maintaining units of current residents Maintaining the leasing office, recreation facilities and grounds The ability to manage a large maintenance team and multiple vendors Please note: Position requires reliable transportation, your own tools and a valid drivers license. This position does require a rotating call schedule. Drug and background screening required.
