Assistant Property Manager

Assist Manager in overseeing property operations; maintaining occupancy levels; ensuring positive tenant relations; and complying with all reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will have: 1 - 3 years of prior property management experience. Affordable housing experience helpful. Prior leasing/marketing experience desirable. Proficiency with YARDI or similar property management software. Effective team building and leadership abilities. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
