We are seeking highly motivated and experienced candidates for the position of Poperty Manager for a Tax Credit building. The Property Manager is responsible for managing all operations of the community. Responsibilities: Supervision/training of employees, accounts receivable/accounts payable, resident relations, leasing and marketing, applicant processing, recertification process, budgets, meeting deadlines, submittion of weekly/monthly/quarterly reports, unit inspections, maintenance, vendor relations, working with multiple departments such as: compliance, accounting, and activity services department.
Qualifications
Ability to work within budgeted guidelines, strong supervisory experience, marketing/leasing, strong written and oral communication skills
knowledge of Fair Housing and eviction laws, section 42/Tax Credit and HUD experience, computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel and YARDI
