FPI Management is seeking an entry level Maintenance Technician/Grounds Keeper Full-time for a luxury community located in the Folsom area. This is a great opportunity to join an established team. This position will involve painting, general maintenance, and grounds clean-up.
Valid drivers license and insurance.
Property Management experience preferred.
Education
High School graduate or equivalent.
