Sequoia Equities has an immediate opening for a Community Manager at our beautiful 104 unit apartment community in Santa Rosa, CA. Located 55 miles north of San Francisco and 30 miles east of the Pacific Ocean, Santa Rosa is the county seat of Sonoma County. Spring Lake Apartment Homes is located in one of Santa Rosa's most desirable neighborhoods, straddling the borders of Rincon Valley and Bennett Valley, which have the highest property values and lowest crime rates in the city.
