While we make our apartments home for others, our Prometheans feel "At Home, At Work." Property Name: Mansion Grove City: Santa Clara, CA # of Units: 1000 POSITION PURPOSE FOR A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN II The Maintenance Technician II is responsible to efficiently perform all general apartment and facilities maintenance. Assist in meeting the property net operating income goals relative to occupancy as defined in the operating plan, in accordance with the policies and procedures defined by the company in order to preserve and maintain the asset and provide a quality living environment for the residents, and working to establish a positive, productive work relationship with the property staff. This position reports to the Property Manager and is directly supervised by the Maintenance Supervisor, the Lead Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Technician III. This position has a bonus potential of 3%. - Communicator: Open, articulate and pro-active in discussing issues and sharing information.
