Community Administrator

The Community Administrator position exists at specific multi-use Equity Residential apartment communities that offer a wide variety of commercial and retail amenities and third-party services. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate management of our residents’ accounts in order to achieve operational excellence, and customer loyalty and retention. This position handles the accounts receivable, accounts payable activities associated with leasing and ensures that our property management systems are current and accurate for the property’s financial reporting.  The Property Administrator will directly interact with current residents and prospective residents throughout the leasing cycle, providing superior customer service to our residents.
