LEASING CONSULTANT "“ Full Time (Santa Maria, CA) Full time experienced Leasing Consultants to assist potential residents find a place they can call home at our apartment communities offering state-of-the art amenities located in the beautiful Central Coast, Santa Maria, CA. We take great pride in maintaining a beautiful and appealing atmosphere for our residents and therefore require prior experience in sales and customer service. In addition to traditional property management responsibilities; the Leasing Consultant works with the site team to: -Greeting prospective residents; -Professionally present the community features and benefits; -Answer incoming calls; -Inspecting models and 'market ready' vacancies to ensure cleanliness; -Correctly completing lease applications and assisting with verifying and qualifying applicants; -Completing guest card information; -Follow up with prospects -Follow up on all paperwork related to the leasing of the apartment units -Host community functions Qualifications -A working knowledge of Yardi, Excel, Word, E-Mail and Internet; -Class A sales and leasing experience; -Must be able to tour community with clients, to include walking the community and climbing stairs; -Must have valid driver's license; -Excellent customer service skills; -Excellent verbal and written communication skills; -Knowledge of leasing terms; -Up-to-date on Fair Housing Laws This is a full time 40 hour work week position and includes working Saturdays, and may also include a free apartment. Clean DMV record, valid driver's license, proof of vehicle insurance and pre-employment drug test will be required.
