AMC would like to announce the opening of a Leasing Agent position in Emeryville, CA.
The Leasing Agent is responsible for completing lease forms and agreements, collecting rental deposits, ensuring the "model" apartments are ready for show, assist the manager in collection of delinquent rents, processing of all administrative forms and report. Other responsibilities include maintaining all resident and property files and playing an active role in the lease renewal process.
Previous apartment leasing/sales experience preferred. TCAC experience is preferred as well.
