Resident Services Specialist (Part Time) Vanoni Ranch Ventura, CA Join our team! E & S Ring Management is a leading residential property management company and we are currently seeking a DYNAMIC customer service oriented individual to work at our 316 unit garden style apartment community located in Ventura, CA. As the "Resident Services Specialist" you will be responsible for leasing apartments, completing leasing paperwork, conducting market surveys, answering phones, guest follow up, taking and scheduling maintenance requests, participating in and helping with resident activities, assisting with lease renewal programs, and all other areas of resident retention and customer service. We want to hear from you, if you are an individual that has strong sales experience in the multifamily self-motivated, have an outgoing personality, and possess excellent organizational, customer service, and phone etiquette skills. Qualified candidates must have computer skills including word processing and typing 40 wpm, and one year of direct customer service, sales, or apartment industry experience.
