TRAINING MANAGER
Culver City, CA
G&K has an immediate need for a Training Manager in Culver City. G&K is a major, privately held real estate firm located in Culver City, CA. This is a challenging, fast-paced career opportunity for a highly organized candidate with excellent time-management skills and a commitment to excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze and assess the training and development needs of the Company as a whole, both internal and
- Partner with management to identify core competencies of workforce and develop training programs
- Create content that involves an effective analysis/evaluation of existing systems and processes
- Facilitate training workshops that include Webinars and other Online training tools
- In person interactive sessions and material distribution to develop customer service
- Software and process training, policy & procedure review, sales techniques, leadership, coaching
- Assists with onboarding and assimilating new employees to the company and their position
- Lead site training planning, curriculum development and implementation
- Provide expertise and guidance to the training department
- Apply principles of adult learning to ensure training effectiveness
- Design and develop a succession planning processes
- Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction, integrity, and compliance
- Manage 3rd party vendors
- Develops a tracking and measurement system to ensure the effectiveness of training
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
Minimum 5 years of adult learning, instructional design and training experience
Must present with strong Powerpoint knowledge and presentation skills
Proven track record of effective team leadership and management of a dynamic training program
Must have knowledge and experience with successful application of adult learning practices and tech
Must have experience in developing facilitator-led training, computer based training and Web-based
Demonstrated experience with design and delivery of online training (e-learning)
Must have strong leadership, analytical, project management, organizational, business continuity,
Seasoned in presentation, interaction, and collaboration with management
Knowledge of OneSite software helpful
Willingness to travel as requested
