Leasing Consultant

Apartment Management Consultants, LLC, would like to announce the opening of a Leasing Consultant in Durham, NC.
Qualifications:
- Professional appearance
- Thorough knowledge of leasing techniques and sales methods
- Knowledge of property rental information
- Ability to secure a high percentage of sales/leases in order to meet required leasing goals each month
- Assist with property renewals and negotiations under the guidance of the Community Manager
- Respond and follow up with resident requests in a timely fashion
- High customer service skills needed
- Administrative duties to include typing leases, processing applications, follow up with prospects, follow up on call current resident service requests.
- Weekend shifts are required
