As the Leasing Manager, you will help lead the team in meeting their leasing goals through providing on the job training and development. In addition, you will have an opportunity to create and implement the community''s marketing plan. Musts for this position include: * A genuine, people-oriented person * Sociable, comfortable talking with people, and outgoing * Wants to interact with others daily, train/facilitate on best practices for leasing, and isn''t afraid of a challenge * Ready and willing to jump in feet first The right candidate will have 3 years of experience in property management and a strong sales/marketing background. Must be skilled in leading a team, facilitating and providing guidance as needed. *Must be able to work Tuesday - Saturday, 9am-6pm *A High School Diploma or GED is required for the position.
