We are seeking a Service Technician III needed for a beautiful Class A property in Sacramento, CA. As Service Technician III, you will be responsible for: Troubleshooting and making repairs on appliances, air conditioning & heating (where applicable), electrical, plumbing, carpentry and drywall Preparing apartments for occupancy within company guidelines Completing requests for service; taking appropriate action to repair/restore service with established quality and time standards Assist with maintaining cleanliness of the grounds and surrounding areas of the community with quality and attention to detail Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers, including prospective residents, residents and vendors Qualifications Experience in apartment maintenance/turnovers highly desired Plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and painting skills preferred Must be a customer service oriented individual Strong Communication skills a must Quality attention to detail Certification in any area of maintenance is required Must participate in On Call Emergency rotation Must be able to work Sunday - Thursday, 8am-5pm Must be able to live on-site; housing is part of compensation Education and Experience: Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience required Minimum of 1 year of industry experience highly desired Certified in HVAC, or other industry-recognized skill, or trade school equivalent Looking for a unique company that provides not only a place where we work hard, but play hard, too?
