On-Site Property Manager As a Community Manager you will be responsible for the daily Operations of the property, overseeing the physical maintenance and upkeep of the property, performing various administrative and clerical tasks, and maintaining positive resident relations. Job Requirements include, but are not limited to: •  Ability to aggressively collect rent to minimize delinquency. •  Ability to communicate well with residents from diverse backgrounds and provide excellent customer service to maximize resident retention. •  Leasing: answering incoming calls, conducting tours, convert tours into leases •  Receives maintenance requests from residents and make sure they are completed promptly •  Craigslist postings •  Market rent Surveys updating •  Daily administrative: filing, organizing, some errands, banking, writing and serving 3 day notices, 24 hour notices and all notices required. •  Strong organizational, record keeping and multi-tasking skills. Ability to handle detailed paperwork in a thorough and complete manner. * Excellent resident relation Qualities we are seeking •  Detail oriented •  Personable, positive, can-do attitude, solution based thinker, well organized Problem solver •  Ability to work under pressure. •  Computer skills: MS Word Suite •  Valid driver's license Salary: DOE
