Under the general direction of the Service Manager/Director, the Porter provides maintenance support at an Equity Residential apartment community and is accountable for helping the company deliver on our resident commitments of exceptional move-in, total satisfaction, express service and personal attention. The Porter maintains the community and assists other maintenance staff members with resident service requests and market-ready apartments. He or she is instrumental in helping Equity Residential deliver on its brand promise, “How Home Should Feel” by delivering superior customer service and exemplifying professionalism at all times.
