Towne Center Property Management (TCPM) is a growing property management firm with headquarters in Orange County, California. As we continue to acquire properties and grow our portfolio, we are seeking a Assistant Manager to join our family with a 'can do' attitude and grow with us.
If you are a self- starter, work well in a small company environment, and possess strong multi-tasking skills with proven follow-through abilities, we would like to speak with you.

-Salary commensurate with experience, plus benefits and bonus eligible
Responsiblities:
-Work with Business Manager to manage occupancy, production, appropriate revenue growth, timely rent collection (not to exceed 1% delinquency), policy and procedure compliance and property's financial performance, as established in the annual operating budget.
Qualifications
-Minimum 2 years experience; 200 plus units in the Conventional Multi-family housing industry, strong leasing and marketing and resident relations
-Ideal Candidate will have a strong understanding of basic accounting procedures and the ability to work with excel spreadsheets.
-Accounting or accounting-related background is a plus.
-Ability to perform bookkeeping and rent collection procedures
-Collection experience, a plus
-Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
-Knowledge of Fair Housing Guidelines
-Strong Leasing skills
-Computer Skills - Word, Excel, Outlook, RealPage/One-Site, Internet
