Leasing Specialist - Colorado Springs, CO 80922
We are currently seeking an experienced Leasing Specialist to join our Team. The ideal candidate MUST have previous apartment leasing experience, preferably in a "Lease up" setting. Previous experience with the 55+ active adults is preferred, but not required.
This full-time position will require a highly enthusiastic, customer service oriented, professional sales person with strong sales abilities and creative marketing strategies. In addition, the ideal candidate must demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to details and exceptional communication skills.
Qualifications
Prior Leasing experience of one ( 1 ) year minimum; Valid driver's license, proof of insurance and the ability to pass criminal background screening and drug test.
