Assistant to Community Director Assistant Property Manager to assist on a daily operation of a property in the Santa Rosa area: marketing, leasing, rent collection and light book keeping (account receivables and account payables). As an Assistant Property Manager, you are responsible for the efficient operation of a residential community under the Supervision of the Community Director. Ability of aggressively collect rent to minimize delinquency. Ability to communicate well with residents, from diverse backgrounds and provide excellent customer service to maximize resident retention. Some responsibilities but not limited are: •  Leasing: answering incoming calls, conducting tours, convert tours into leases •  Craigslist postings •  Work orders •  Organized accounts payable •  Market rent Surveys updating •  Daily administrative: filing, organizing, some errands, banking, writing and serving 3 day notices, 24 hour notices and all notices required. * Excellent resident relation Qualities we are seeking •  Detail oriented •  Personable, positive, can-do attitude, solution based thinker, well organized Problem solver •  Ability to work under pressure. •  Computer skills: MS Word Suite •  Valid driver's license Salary: DOE
