Experienced Maintenance Tech needed on a 200+ unit luxury apartment community located in the Bradenton-Sarasota area. Requirements •  2+ year's apartment maintenance experience •  EPA/HVAC Certified •  Reliable transportation with valid driver's license •  Ability to rotate on call duties •  Ability to perform in a fast pace environment and multitask •  Understanding and Experience of the make-ready process •  Team Player This is a full-time position with full benefits.
