Requirements
•  Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Related Field.
•  Real Estate experience preferred
•  Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and advanced proficiency in Excel
•  Detailed oriented and diligent with recurring tasks
•  Ability to effectively research and communicate issues and findings
•  Extensive knowledge of GAAP accounting principles
•  Experience with real estate or comparable software (Yardi preferred)
