PM Maplewood Gardens/Weyant Green

Industry leader, Related Management, has a Multi-Site Property Manager position available for a high energy, results oriented, people person for two of our lovely Tax Credit/Section 8 family residential properties with a total of 102 units located in Nanuet, New York and Highland Falls, New York. Responsibilities include: Supervising accounts payable and accounts receivable, supervision of all marketing, leasing and administrative functions; managing the application and recertification process; hiring, training, supervision, and evaluating of office and maintenance staff; supervising of Section 8 and LIHTC program administration; tenant/landlord relations; supervising of day-to-day maintenance operations (safety, preventive maintenance, unit turnover); financial analysis and reporting; budgeting, monthly review of income statements and variance reporting, resident retention and special projects as assigned. Qualifications/Skills: Knowledge of Section 8 and/or Tax Credit a plus. Must be detail oriented. Highly motivated, self starter who can work independently, excellent written and oral communication skills, experience in the preparation of budgets, variance reporting strong supervisory skills. Able to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis.
