Yardi Support Specialist

The Role.
As our Yardi Support Specialist you will be expected to assist our on-site and corporate associates perform their day to day functions within our property management systems while proactively implementing improved workflows. This role is instrumental in bridging the gap between IT support and Property Management operations.
The Key Responsibilities.
• Provide technical assistance for associates utilizing Yardi and Property Solutions software
• Lead efforts for creating and modifying user settings and profiles
• Research and implement new modules and procedures in property management software
The Basics.
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving ability
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and relate effectively, productively, and positively with other associates
• Dependable, punctual, reliable
Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with Yardi Voyager or other property management software
• Basic knowledge of on-site property management operations
• General computer knowledge and troubleshooting techniques
• BA preferred
