Service Technician

VPM Management provides an outstanding opportunity for an experienced maintenance individual. Selected individual will work at a 192 apartment community located in Riverside. Will complete work orders, prep apts, ensure the property is trash free, provide outstanding customer service and assist with after-hour emergency calls.

This is a full-time position with full benefits to include, medical/dental/vision/life, 401(k), paid vacation, sick time and holiday benefits plus an hourly rate of up to $20.00. This position can be considered as an On-Site or Off-Site position.

Qualifications

Selected individual must have a minimum of 2 years plumbing, electrical and appliance repair skills along with attention to detail and outstanding resident relations.

Must provide a valid driver's license and certificate of state required automobile insurance upon hire.

Screening process includes background check and drug testing.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Related training in plumbing and/or electrical a plus

Fair Housing and Safety Training a plus
