Leasing Consultant Needed An owner managed company, has 2 Leasing Consultant positions available located in Dixon Ca, and Roseville Ca. You will be responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish. By assisting the Property Manager and becoming knowledgeable about community policies and procedures, you will become a valued team member. Responsibilities include: *Greet prospective residents. *Answer calls and inquiries and set appointments to visit community. *Present the community through a personalized tour. *Qualifying prospects. *Closing the sale. *Handling move-ins. *Facilitating resident service requests. *Provide excellent service to prospective and current residents. Requirements: * Effective written and oral communication. * Sales ability and assertiveness. * Must possess a high degree of energy and enthusiasm. * Professional dress and demeanor. * Tax Credit experience a plus. * Experience in MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint We offer a competitive salary including an excellent benefits package.
