EXPERIENCED, DYNAMIC LEASING CONSULTANT NEEDED FOR GREAT OPPORTUNITY IN SAN ANTONIO Our national multi-family management company seeks a hard-working, outgoing professional with a "Whatever it Takes" attitude to join our San Antonio team as a leasing consultant on a 400 unit affordable community. Our ideal candidate must have at least six months apartment leasing experience or equivalent customer service/sales experience or college degree. Strong attention to detail and sales ability is a must. Experience with resident services a plus. NALP and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and affordable/tax credit guidelines preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Industry-related software proficiency preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and be able to read, write and speak English. Job expectations include: •  Leasing, marketing and maintaining positive resident relations •  Assisting with special projects or activities, including but not limited to due diligence, property acquisition/disposition, serving on/or participating in company-sponsored activities or sanctioned committees, organizations, functions, etc. May be assigned bookkeeping duties.
