Put your property management/maintenance experience to work with us! We are seeking an experienced Service Manager for a beautiful community in Sacramento, CA.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
• Directing the efforts of the maintenance team
• Asset preservation through audits, risk walks and curb appeal audits
• Manages and participates in apartment maintenance/turnovers
• Schedules and participate in On Call Emergency Rotation
• Assists in the preparation of the annual property budget
• Maintains and manages maintenance expenses within budget guidelines
• Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers, including prospects, residents and vendors
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position will meet the following requirements:
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Certified in HVAC, or other industry recognized skill or trade
• Minimum of 5 years related experience
• Prior management experience required
• Must be a customer service oriented individual
• Understanding of basic budgeting terms and process desired
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills
