Preferred candidate will have experience with managing owner expectations, reports, expense management as well as understanding the dynamics of excellent customer service, marketing, and employee supervision with a staff of 12. Must possess strong administrative and communication skills. Only candidates with experience as an Apartment Manager of 300 units or more need apply.
