RECRUITING NOW FOR A LUXURY COMMUNITY IN EL DORADO HILLS- Lesarra Luxury Living. 105 units. Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays required. Hourly wage plus generous rental and renewal commissions.
FPI Management, Inc., one of the largest Apartment Community management companies has an immediate opening for a part-time Leasing Consultant in El Dorado Hills, California.
Responsibilities would include effective and consistent leasing/sales presentations and procedures, marketing guest card information from visitors on a personable and proactive face-to-face basis, telephone coverage, prospect marketing, guest follow-ups, correspondence, maintaining appointment schedules, managing contact lists, etc. Professionalism and personality is the key to joining our expanding team of professionals. Previous experience in a sales or marketing environment is a plus!
Additional qualifications would include excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking, attention to detail, prioritization, and a working knowledge of computer skills (Word, Excel, MS Office, etc.). Experience with leasing industry software such as Yardi is a big plus.
