Accounts Receivable Analyst
Folsom, CA
We are currently searching for a dynamic, engaging individual to join our Accounts Receivable team. A/R Analyst responsibilities include : working with Community Directors and Portfolio Managers to ensure accurate recording of day-to-day activity, evaluating and processing forfeitures, and compiling month end reports for the Accounting Department.
Qualifications
Out-of-this-world time management skills and attention to detail
Ability to analyze and respond to novel problems
Strong mathematics and administrative skills
Strong verbal and written communication
A strong work ethic
Familiarity with Property Management and Yardi software are preferred but not required.
