Grounds Keeper/Junior Maintenance Tech

FPI Management is seeking an entry level Maintenance Technician/Grounds Keeper pat time for a multi site in El Dorado Hills area. This is a great opportunity to join a large national company in an excellent work enviroment. This position will involve painting, general maintenance, and grounds clean-up.
Hours will be as follows: Two days a week at 8 hours each.
Valid drivers license and insurance.
Property Management experience preferred.
Education
High School graduate or equivalent.
