Apartment Manager

FPI Management, Inc. is currently seeking an Onsite Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of Colonnade at Fletcher Hills. This is a 138 unit community in El Cajon, CA. The ideal candidate must be goal driven and will oversee all phases of property management to include, but not limited to: managing and leading the sales and maintenance teams, establishing and setting leasing goals, budget control, accounting, advertising, resident and client relations. This position requires proven Leadership skills along with strong Sales/Leasing experience, knowledge of local market is critical to emphasize marketing the community in addition to outreach marketing to build solid business relationships with local vendors.
