Opportunity available for an experienced Assistant Community Director for two communities located in San Pedro, CA. We are seeking an individual that is highly motivated with a positive attitude and has the desire to provide exceptional customer service. Candidates must have strong communication and leadership skills and the ability to motivate a successful leasing team. The perfect candidate has strong marketing and bookkeeping skills and is detail oriented. Salary will be $15.00 per hour/no housing included. Qualifications Administrative and organizational skills required in addition to general office and bookkeeping experience. Must possess skills to manage time effectively and be detail oriented. Ability to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers and management. Excellent customer service skills, written and verbal communication are a must. Seeking qualified candidates with 1+ years Property Management experience. Experience working on 200+ units preferred. High School diploma or equivalent required. Must possess valid drivers license and maintain current auto insurance Compensation is very competitive and DOE.
