Maintenance Technician

Description FPI Management Inc. is seeking a skilled, experienced, Full-time Maintenance Technician to handle all aspects of property maintenance in the Tulare area. The person must have plumbing, electrical, and HVAC experience. Qualified candidate must possess strong communication, customer services and organizational skills. Salary DOE - Qualifications Minimum of 2 years experience as Maintenance Technician. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, basic carpentry, turnover maintenance. Must be able to read, write and speak English. Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance a must Must pass drug, and background screening.
