Grounds Keeper/Junior Maintenance Tech

FPI Management is seeking an entry level Maintenance Technician and Grounds Keeper for a multi site in Long Beach and East Los Angeles area. This is a great opportunity to join a large national company in an excellent work enviroment. This position will involve painting, general maintenance, and grounds clean-up work for all make ready apartments.
Hours will be as follows: M-F 8 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Valid drivers license and insurance.
Property Management experience preferred.
Education
High School graduate or equivalent.
