Apartment Manager

A large property management company is seeking an experienced Apartments Manager for a Project Based Section 8 program and Tax Credit family community located at: 1717 E. 103rd St, Los Angeles CA. - Washington Court Apartments Managers assists with all operations of the property to meet owner objectives and economic/physical requirements. We are seeking a dynamic individual that is highly motivated and organized with a positive attitude and a desire to provide quality customer service. Only candidates with HUD and LIHTC experience need apply. Qualifications Minimum 4+ year experience of HUD (Project Based Section 8 & LIHTC) certifications Knowledge of EIV, REAC and MOR Must be well organized, able to multi-task, and be very detail oriented Yardi Affordable Experience is a plus. Basic computer skills required, include MS Office, Excel and Word Must have excellent customer service skills Must have a track record of reliability and attention to detail Must pass drug test, background check and have a valid driver's license with insurance. Education COS, CPO, HCCP or Tax Credit Specialist certifications Applicants currently working in this field will be given priority Salary is DOE, full time, with benefits.
