Regional Maintenance Coordinator / Dispatcher "“ Property Management FPI, a top 10 property management company, is seeking a dynamic, organized, energetic individual to fill the position of Regional Maintenance Coordinator / Dispatcher. This unique position will be part of an innovative team and process to serve the maintenance needs of multi-family properties. The ideal candidate will be computer literate, able to lead a team of over 40 maintenance professionals, will be responsible for scheduling, prioritizing, and closing out work orders for a large client's portfolio of apartment communities throughout California. This customer service savvy individual will be the voice and face of our service team, as such, will take pride in providing the best service to our over 16,000 residents throughout California. Additional required skills include: •  Excellent organization and time management skills •  Effectively manage numerous incoming calls/emails/work orders •  Scheduling/Projecting Needs •  Ability to Speak and Write Effectively •  Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish) •  Type 75 WPM Education and Experience: Property management experience preferred but not required with some college and considerable experience in clerical work, supplemented with some dispatching experience is a plus. The position will be initially based out of our Agoura Hills Office and will eventually relocate to the Boyle Heights area of Los Angeles. This is a Full Time permanent position, benefits include Medical, Dental, and 401K. Salary range is $50K-80K depending on education and experience.
