FPI Management is searching for a dynamic Assistant Community Director to join our growing team, located in Sunnyvale. Ideal candidate must be able to multi-task and display great customer service skills. Previous property management experience with Yardi and Yieldstar knowledge a plus. We are looking for an individual who has the ability to remain organized, and work well with a team. Must have the ability to communicate and maintain good relationships.
General Job expectations include, but are not limited to:
Establish and maintain the best possible occupancy of the apartment community
Show and demonstrate available apartments
Practice Professional leasing techniques
Comply with Fair Housing Laws
Be aware of current advertising and market programs for the apartment community, as well as all community rules and regulations, policies and procedures
Ensure that a thorough application to rent background check is done on all prospective residents before approval for occupancy
Strive for good resident / management relations, to retain desirable residents
Ensure the safety, comfort and privacy of all property residents
Be aware of the existing and changing market conditions
Be familiar with the competition and surrounding area of the apartment community
Conduct move-in orientation functions requested
Assist residents with the reporting and recording of maintenance needs
