Maintenance Supervisor / Maintenance Technician / Porter (Every County) Compensation: $xx/hr +/- DOE FPI Management is looking for experienced maintenance professionals to join our growing team. Individuals must be able to multi-task and display great customer service skills. Ideal candidates will have attention to detail and the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. We are looking for individuals who have the ability to remain organized, multi-task and work well under pressure. Must have the ability to communicate and maintain good relationships with employees, residents and guests. Previous property management experience a plus. General Job expectations include, but are not limited to: Inspect the property and common areas daily to detect maintenance problems that require attention Coordinate and complete all work requests within 24 hours Respond to after-hours emergency calls Repair and maintain equipment on-site Maintain maintenance shops and storage rooms in an orderly fashion and in compliance with safety regulations Properly secure all parts, inventory and property equipment Maintain supply inventory Ensure timely completion of all duties by maintenance staff personnel Strive for good resident / management relations, to retain desirable residents Ensure the safety, comfort and privacy of all property residents Perform other duties as assigned by the Community Director Comply with Fair Housing Laws We are looking for both full and part time; employees will be eligible for benefits after 90 days.
