Maintenance Floater

Maintenance Supervisor Floaters - FPI Management Inc, is seeking three Maintenance Supervisor/Floaters in the Inland Empire, Los Angeles & San Diego areas. Preferred candidate must have at least 5+ years of Maintenance Supervisor experience. We offer an excellent work environment, company benefits. The Company also offers excellent growth opportunities. This person must be able to work independently. Must have excellent organizational skills. 1. Responsible for prioritizing and doing service requests 2. Responsible for ordering maintenance materials, supplies and parts 3. Supervise/Monitor all vendor activity. 4. Makes certain all service requests are completed on a timely basis and notices are left in resident's homes 5. Maintains make-ready status 6. Notifies the community director of any supplies or parts necessary to complete the service requests 7.Preventive maintenance: Regularly inspects grounds, buildings, plumbing, electrical fixtures, appliances and major equipment 8.Emergency maintenance: Is available for back-up of on-call personnel and ensures after hours calls are covered by an assigned technician daily. 9. Maintains all storage and maintenance shops according to company standards 10. Maintains and safeguards all company tools and equipment 11. Responsible for unit turns 12. Performs other duties as assigned Property management experience required Education -Must have high school or equivalent education -Must be willing to travel from site to site
