FPI Management, Inc. is currently seeking an Experienced Tax Credit Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of Portofino Senior Apartments. This is 205 unit, 55+ active adult community in Henderson, NV. The ideal candidate must be goal driven and will oversee all phases of property management to include, but not limited to: managing and leading the sales and maintenance teams, establishing and setting leasing goals, budget control, accounting, advertising, resident and client relations. This position requires proven Leadership skills along with strong Sales/Leasing experience, knowledge of local market is critical to emphasize marketing the community in addition to outreach marketing to build solid business relationships with local vendors.

* Minimum 2-3 years as a Tax Credit property manager
* Ability to work in a fast paced, high energy, rapid growth environment

* Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking skills
* Superior Communication skills
* High degree of flexibility
* Ability to train, develop, lead and mentor a high functioning team
* Computer literacy, including excel, Word, Internet and Yardi software
