Looking For A Strong Experienced Tax Credit Apartment Community Director. FPI Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Community Director for a position in the East Bay/Oakland. Preferred candidate will have experience in Property Management and understand the dynamics of excellent customer service, marketing, and LIHTC Section 42 Program rules and regulations; while possessing strong administrative skills and proven initiative. Applicants must have at least two years experience. Only candidates with experience as a Tax Credit Apartment Manager need apply. Salary DOE, housing included.
