Immediate opportunity available for an experienced Assistant Community Director on a fast paced 200 unit Tax Credit community located in Santa Clarita, CA. We are seeking an individual that is highly motivated with a positive attitude and has the desire to provide exceptional customer service. Candidates must have strong communication and leadership skills, and be a self starter. Qualifications Administrative and organizational skills in a prior multi-family apartment community setting is required. Prior expeirence in Tax Credit LIHTC Section 42 & Section 8 is required. Previous work with Seniors will be a huge plus! Quarterly NOI bonus is also offered with this position. Must also possess skills to manage time effectively and be detail oriented. Ability to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers and management. Excellent customer service skills, written and verbal communication are a must. Seeking qualified candidates with 2+ years Property Management experience. High School diploma or equivalent required. Must possess valid drivers license and maintain current auto insurance Compensation is very competitive and DOE.
