Looking For A Strong Experienced Tax Credit Apartment Community Manager. FPI Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Community Director for Canyon Country Senior Apartments. The property consists of 200 units. Preferred candidate will have experience in Property Management and understand the dynamics of excellent customer service, marketing, and LIHTC Section 42 Program rules and regulations; while possessing strong administrative skills and proven initiative. Applicants must have at least two years experience in managing a staff of 4 or more. Senior housing experience preffered. Only candidates with experience as a Tax Credit Apartment Manager need apply.
