Leasing Manager

FPI Management Company is looking for an experienced Leasing Manager to join our team at Siena Villas in Elk Grove. Candidates should have strong history of Leasing/Sales Management. Ideal Leasing Managers will have experience on communities larger than 200 units. $14/hr plus leasing and renewal bonus.
1. PRIMARY FUNCTION
Reports to the Community Manager. Ensures the sales/leasing team is focused and highly productive in an effort to meet or exceed the leasing goals as set forth in the business plan.
2. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversees the leasing team, and acts as sales floor Supervisor.
• Responsible for weekly reporting and weekend update reporting.
• Provides motivation and oversees sales goals on a daily basis.
• Provides a support system for the leasing team, and a method for daily accountability of leasing activity.
• Tracks traffic, appointments, and leases daily.
• Accountable for market surveys and provides pricing recommendations
• Helps schedule appointments, whenever necessary.
• Responsible for coordinating all community outreach marketing, and locator visitor
• Responsible for ensuring the leasing team has the proper materials and supplies needed for successful lease ups.

Qualifications
Seeking individuals with at least 1+ years Property Management experience with 200 plus unit communities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. Word, Excel, and Yardi Voyager preferred.

Education
High School Diploma.
