We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team at a 130 unit community in San Jose, California.
The Porter position is a part-time position that supplements maintenance, landscape and Management efforts to ensure that the community is maintained and ready for showing to prospects, which meets the company standards and attracts residents.
Pay DOE.
Qualifications
Previous Janitorial or Porter experience preferred.
Must possess a valid drivers license and maintain current auto insurance.
Must mantain an acceptable driving record.
Must successfully pass a background and drug screening.

Education
High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
