Description

REGIONAL PROPERTY/ASSET MANAGER

A growing apartment developer is looking for an experienced, proven Regional Manager to manage a portfolio of apartments in the Atlanta metropolitan area. This successful individual will have a proven track record in the hands-on management of at least 2,000 units and have the demonstrated ability to maintain the physical asset, maximize cash flow and long term value. This exceptional individual must be a respected leader in the industry with at least 4 years experience. A bachelor’s degree in a business discipline and/ or equivalent professional experience is required. Site-level operations experience is preferred. AMSI Residential Property Management software experience a plus but not required. Must have a intermediate knowledge of computer programs including but not limited to MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
